Recruitment — Success-Based

You only pay when we place the right person

For permanent placements, our fee is a percentage of the candidate's first-year salary, charged only on successful placement after the probation period. Rates vary by role complexity and seniority — we'll be upfront before we start.

Consultancy — Flexible Engagements

Day rate, retainer, or project-based

Consultancy engagements are scoped to your needs. We offer day rates for ad-hoc work, monthly retainers for ongoing advisory support, and fixed-scope project pricing for defined deliverables. We'll agree the model before anything starts.
